About Quality Complaint
Please kindly check the boards once you receive it, if there is any defective PCBs, just send an email to service@pcbbuy.com and to avoid any unnecessary loss, please make some test before assembly.
Usually, we will only make the PCBs according to the clients’ Gerber file, we are not responsible for finding all the issues in Gerber files. If our engineers found any problems in your file, we will confirm with you and help to modify it.
If our engineer didn’t find problems, we would not inform you. So you’d better check the file clearly before uploading file.
